JUE HUI (Tan Kian Ming/ KIAN), a Shingon Buddhist monk, visual artist, and educator. He holds a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University (2015) and an M.F.A. in Fine Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London (2020). Currently, he serves as a part-time lecturer at both Dasein Academy of Art and New Era University College in Kuala Lumpur. He is also the Art Director of Pasar Lab and a member of the Rejoin Collective.

Through initiatives like the Pasar Lab - Art in Residence Programme, which he founded, he seeks to integrate arts and cultural activities into the Kluang public market. This work explores the functionality of space and its potential for multifaceted expression. His long-term artistic and research interests focus on local folk culture, religious beliefs, and the inherent vulnerability and fragmentation within historical narratives. Through these explorations, he offers interpretive frameworks and imaginative spaces for reconsidering issues of collective memory, history, and politics.

陳覺慧 (建泯),真言宗僧侶/ 視覺藝術家/ 教育⼯作者。畢業於國⽴臺灣師範⼤學美術系、倫敦⼤學⾦匠學院美術研究所 Goldsmiths, University of London (M.F.A in Fine Arts)。⽬前於吉隆坡達尚爾藝術學院、新紀元⼤學學院擔任兼任講師。巴剎實驗場(Pasar Lab) 藝術總監以及⼊眾 (Rejoin Collective) 成員。

藉由巴剎實驗場 - 藝術駐留計劃的成⽴,試圖將藝⽂活動帶⼊居鑾公共巴剎,探討空間的功能與 其多元⾯貌的可能性。⾧期關注於在地民俗⽂化、宗教信仰等課題,以及歷史建構中的脆弱性與其零散狀態,對集體記憶、歷史以及政治等課題提出解讀⽅式與想像空間。
